Thank you for your interest in Custom Catering.  The following prices are based on a basic menu for approximately 100 guests or more in the New River Valley.  Prices are slightly higher for groups under 100 or with longer travel times.  If you have any question please call us at 540-951-8295.

Hors d'oeuvres: start $9.95 per person for your choice of five hors d'oeuvres and punch.  Prices will be slightly higher for selections with * next to them.

- Additional selections can be added at $2.50 per person, for each additional selection.     

- Individual Hors d'oeuvre trays can be purchased at a cost of $70 per tray. Please ask for a price list if needed. 

Lunch Buffets: start at $8.95 per person and include 1 main entree, 3 vegetables, bread, tossed salad, 2 deserts & drinks.

 -Additional main entrees can be added at $2.50 per person, per selection. 

-Prices will be slightly higher for selections with * next to them.

Dinner Buffet: start at $11.95 per person and include 1 main entree, 3 vegetables, bread, tossed salad, 2 deserts & drinks.

-Additional main entrees can be added at $2.50 per person, per selection. 

-Prices will be slightly higher for selections with * next to them.

Picnic Buffet: start at $7.95 per person and include 1 main entree, 2 side dishes, 2 side salads, desserts & drinks.

-Additional main entrees can be added at $2.50 per person.

-All prices include disposable plates, cups, napkins, utensils and tablecloths for our serving line.

Additional Charges:

-A 11% sales and meals tax along with a 18% set-up, clean-up charge added to all bills.

-Gratuity for staff is appreciated, but optional.

-Catering jobs under 100 guests are subject to a slightly higher charge per guest.

-Catering Jobs outside the New River Valley are subject to slightly higher charges per guest. 

Other:

-Bar services available if needed. (call for prices)         

-Pick-up and delivery services are available.

-We also cater breakfast for those prices please contact us.
