Thank you for your interest in Custom Catering.  The following price ranges are based on a basic menu for approximately 100 people or more at Custom Catering Center. (Prices are slightly for groups under 100)  These meal prices include Tables, Chairs, Linen, China, Dance floor use and Audio Equipment.  If you have any questions please call us at 540-951-8295. 

Hors d'oeuvres: start $10.95 per person for your choice of five hors d'oeuvres and a punch.  Prices will be slightly higher for selections with * next to them.

- Additional selections can be added at $2.50 per person, for each additional selection.

- Individual Hors d'oeuvre trays can be purchased at a cost of $70 per tray. Please ask for a price list if needed. 

Lunch Buffets: start at $9.95 per person and include 1 main entree, 3 vegetables, bread, tossed salad, 2 deserts & drinks.

 -Additional main entrees can be added at $2.50 per person, per selection. 

-Prices will be slightly higher for selections with * next to them.

Dinner Buffets: start at $12.95 per person and include 1 main entree, 3 vegetables, 1 bread, tossed salad, 2 deserts & drinks.

-Additional main entrees can be added at $2.50 per person, per selection. 

-Prices will be slightly higher for selections with * next to them.

Plated Meals: start at $15.95 per person and include 1 main entree, 2 vegetables, bread, tossed salad, 1 dessert and drinks.

-Additional main entrees can be added at $2.50 per person, per selection. 

-Prices will be slightly higher for selections with * next to them.

Building Rental

-$200 building rental for groups of 100 or less

-$300 building rental for groups of 100 to 250

-$400 building rental for groups of 250 to 350 (over 350 call for pricing)

-Rental fees are for 4hrs with additional time at $75 per hour.

Additional Charges

-A 11% sales and meals tax along with a 18% set-up, clean-up charge added to all bills.

-Gratuity for staff is appreciated, but optional.

-Catering jobs under 100 guests are subject to a slightly higher charge per guest.

-Pick-up and delivery services are available.
